Ingredients
  

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a greased 9x13 pan, layer the chocolate cake mix, matcha powder, and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Add melted butter and water over the top.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden on top.
  • Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
