Vodka Lemon Dump Cake
This Vodka Lemon Dump Cake is like a lemon drop martini that met a sheet cake and decided to party. Tart, sweet, boozy, and buttery—this easy dessert will have your guests saying, “Just one more hiccup slice!”

- 1 9" x 13" baking dish or pan
- 1 mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 21-ounce can lemon pie filling
- 1/2 cup vodka lemon vodka if you’re feelin’ fancy
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- Optional: powdered sugar whipped cream, lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together lemon pie filling, vodka, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over the top—no mixing!
- Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix, making sure it’s as evenly distributed as possible.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving. Garnish with powdered sugar, whipped cream, or lemon slices if desired.
Notes
Alcohol content will reduce during baking, but at 10-15% remains.
