Pumpkin spice gets a Halloween makeover in this spooky graveyard-themed dump cake. It’s loaded with fall flavors and topped with cookie “tombstones.”

Equipment

  • 1 9" x 13" baking dish or pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup crushed gingersnap cookies
  • Black food coloring
  • 1 pack Milano cookies for tombstones

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Layer the cake mix, pumpkin puree, and evaporated milk in a 9x13 pan.
  • Pour melted butter on top.
  • Add crushed gingersnaps and a few drops of black food coloring for spooky effect.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until firm.
  • Once cooled, stick Milano cookie “tombstones” in the cake.
