- 1 box spice cake mix
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup crushed gingersnap cookies
- Black food coloring
- 1 pack Milano cookies for tombstones
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Layer the cake mix, pumpkin puree, and evaporated milk in a 9x13 pan.
Pour melted butter on top.
Add crushed gingersnaps and a few drops of black food coloring for spooky effect.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until firm.
Once cooled, stick Milano cookie “tombstones” in the cake.
