Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Pink Velvet cake mix
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 21-ounce can strawberry pie filling
  • 1 stick unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup strawberry soda optional for extra flavor
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly over the bottom of the dish. Add the fresh sliced strawberries on top.
  • Sprinkle the Pink Velvet cake mix evenly over the strawberry layer—don’t stir!
  • Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix. If you’re feeling adventurous, drizzle the strawberry soda over it as well for an extra burst of strawberry flavor.
  • Sprinkle the white chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes, then serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream if desired.
