Ingredients
  

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1/2 cup candied ginger chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease your Bundt pan.
  • Mix together cake mix, crushed pineapple (with juice), sour cream, butter, ground ginger, and vanilla.
  • Fold in chopped candied ginger.
  • Pour into Bundt pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool before flipping, then garnish with more candied ginger and powdered sugar.
