Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup melted ghee
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Dump the apple slices into a greased baking dish.
  • Mix almond flour, coconut sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle the mixture over the apples.
  • Drizzle melted ghee over the top.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans over everything.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until apples are tender and topping is crispy.
