  • 1 whisk or hand mixer optional

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 cups - 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tub whipped topping
  • 1 package - 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup crushed pistachios

Instructions
 

  • Mix the pistachio pudding with milk until it thickens.
  • Layer graham crackers at the bottom of the dish.
  • Pour half of the pudding over the graham crackers.
  • Sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
  • Add another layer of graham crackers, the remaining pudding, and top with whipped topping.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
