Ingredients
  

  • 1 3.4-ounce box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 3.4-ounce box chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 8-ounce tub whipped topping thawed
  • 1 14-ounce box graham crackers
  • 1 16-ounce can chocolate fudge frosting warmed slightly for spreading
  • Optional: chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or caramel drizzle for topping

Instructions
 

  • Mix Pudding Layers: In a large bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix with 1.5 cups of cold milk until thickened. Repeat with chocolate pudding in a separate bowl.
  • Layer Your Cake: Spread a layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Top with half of the vanilla pudding, followed by another layer of graham crackers. Repeat with chocolate pudding and another graham cracker layer.
  • Top with Whipped Topping: Spread half of the whipped topping over the final graham layer. Pour warmed chocolate fudge frosting evenly on top for that classic éclaire glaze.
  • Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best) to let the flavors mingle. Serve with optional toppings like chocolate chips, nuts, or a caramel drizzle.
