Ingredients
  

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 15-ounce can mint chocolate chip ice cream softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed mint candies
  • Green food coloring optional
  • Mini marshmallows for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread the chocolate cake mix evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  • Drop spoonfuls of softened mint chocolate chip ice cream over the cake mix.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the ice cream.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed mint candies on top.
  • Add a few drops of green food coloring to the melted butter before drizzling, if desired.
  • Top with mini marshmallows shaped like monster eyes or other fun shapes.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbly and set.
  • Let cool before serving.
