Equipment

  • 1 refrigerator-safe dish

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate pudding mix because homemade pudding is for overachievers
  • 2 cups milk any kind—almond, oat, or straight from the cow
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract or a little more if you’re feeling extra minty
  • 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies you know, the ones you eat in bed while bingeing TV
  • 1 tub whipped topping don’t even think about skipping this fluffy perfection
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or a handful, if you’re bad at measuring

Instructions

  • Whip up the pudding by following the package instructions. Toss in the mint extract because you're fancy like that.
  • In a dish (or whatever clean container you can find), lay down a solid foundation of chocolate sandwich cookies. This is your cookie crust empire.
  • Slather a layer of minty pudding on top. Think frosting a cake but with fewer rules and more joy.
  • Add a fluffy cloud of whipped topping like you’re decorating a snow scene for dessert.
  • Keep layering like you’re building a delicious, mint-chocolate skyscraper. End with whipped topping because presentation matters.
  • Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top like a pro. Bonus points if they don’t all end up on the counter.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Yes, waiting is hard, but patience is a virtue—or so they say.
