  • 1 standard-sized 12-cavity muffin tin
  • 12 cupcake liners optional

Ingredients
  

  • 12 - Pineapple rings
  • 12 - Maraschino cherries
  • 1 box - Yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup - Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Unsalted butter sliced into 12 pats

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly grease muffin tin, or line with cupcake liners
  • Place a pineapple ring and a maraschino cherry in each muffin tin cup.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar over the pineapple.
  • Evenly distribute yellow cake mix over the pineapple.
  • Place a small slice of butter on each cup.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
