1 box chocolate cake mix 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk 1 12-ounce can evaporated milk 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 1/2 cup cinnamon chips 1/2 cup crushed pecans 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Dump the cake mix into the baking dish.
