Ingredients
  

  • 1 package puff pastry sheets thawed
  • 4 cups diced mango fresh or canned, drained
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unfold one puff pastry sheet and place it in the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix the diced mango, granulated sugar, brown sugar, lime juice, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the mango mixture over the puff pastry in the baking dish.
  • Unfold the second puff pastry sheet and place it over the mango mixture.
  • Brush the top puff pastry with melted butter.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the mango is bubbly.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
