1 package puff pastry sheets thawed 4 cups diced mango fresh or canned, drained 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup butter melted
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Unfold one puff pastry sheet and place it in the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the diced mango, granulated sugar, brown sugar, lime juice, and vanilla extract.
Pour the mango mixture over the puff pastry in the baking dish.
