Equipment

  • 1 0" x 13" baking dish or pan

Ingredients

  • 24 ladyfingers broken into pieces
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Let’s bring a little Italian flair to the table.
  • Break those ladyfingers into pieces and arrange them in a 9x13-inch baking dish like you’re building a delicate cookie castle.
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the ladyfingers. Spread it out evenly like you’re making a silky blanket.
  • Drizzle the brewed coffee over the ladyfingers. Imagine you’re giving them a caffeinated bath.
  • Dollop the mascarpone cheese over the top. Spread it gently like you’re frosting a fancy cake.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over everything. Butter makes everything better, even tiramisu.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until it’s golden and bubbly, like a diva enjoying an espresso.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Best enjoyed with a dusting of cocoa powder and a scoop of vanilla ice cream
