Ingredients
  

  • 1 15-ounce can strawberry pie filling 15 oz strawberry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup fig preserves
  • 1 15.25-ounce box vanilla cake mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Grease the bottom of your Instant Pot insert with a bit of butter or non-stick spray.
  • Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the insert.
  • Drop spoonfuls of fig preserves on top of the strawberry filling.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the dry cake mix with ground cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle the cake mix mixture evenly over the strawberry and fig layers.
  • Evenly distribute the chopped walnuts (if using) on top.
  • Pour the melted butter over the top.
  • Cover the Instant Pot with the lid, ensuring the valve is set to the sealing position.
  • Set to **Manual** (or Pressure Cook) on **High** for 20 minutes.
  • Allow for a **10-minute natural release**, then carefully quick release any remaining pressure.
  • Open the lid and let the cake cool for a few minutes before serving.
