Hot Fudge Dump Cake

Equipment
- 1 9" x 13" baking dish or pan
- 1 medium mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 1 15.25-ounce box chocolate cake mix
- 1 3.9-ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 ¾ cups milk
- 1 16-ounce jar hot fudge sauce warmed slightly
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup butter melted
- Optional: Vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the chocolate cake mix evenly over the pudding layer (do not stir).
- Drizzle the hot fudge sauce over the cake mix.
- Scatter the chocolate chips on top.
- Pour the water and melted butter over the entire mixture.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is set but the inside is still gooey.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. For extra indulgence, serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
