Equipment

  • 1 9" x 13" baking dish or pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt vanilla or plain
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Dump the cake mix, protein powder, and baking powder into the dish. Stir them up a bit.
  • Add Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, and water. Mix until just combined.
  • Scatter the mixed berries evenly across the top. If you want a sweeter cake, drizzle honey or agave over the berries.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing into your delicious creation.
