Ingredients
  

  • 1 box vanilla or white cake mix
  • 2 scoops strawberry or vanilla-flavored protein powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt vanilla or plain
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries sliced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Whipped cream or Greek yogurt for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Dump the cake mix, protein powder, and baking powder into the dish. Stir lightly to combine.
  • Add Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, and water. Stir until just mixed.
  • Spread the strawberries evenly over the top of the batter.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until your kitchen smells like summer and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes before topping with whipped cream or a dollop of Greek yogurt—because why not?
