  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 scoops peanut butter-flavored protein powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Dump the cake mix, protein powder, and baking powder into the dish. Stir lightly.
  • Add mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, and water. Stir until just combined.
  • Drizzle melted peanut butter over the top and sprinkle with chopped peanuts if you’re feeling fancy.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the kitchen smells like peanut butter heaven and a toothpick comes out clean.
