Ingredients
  

  • 1 box cinnamon swirl cake mix
  • 2 scoops cinnamon roll-flavored protein powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans optional
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Dump the cake mix, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking powder into the dish. Stir gently to combine.
  • Add Greek yogurt, almond milk, applesauce, vanilla extract, and water. Mix until everything is just combined.
  • If you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle chopped pecans on top for a bit of crunch.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until your kitchen smells like a cinnamon roll dream and a toothpick comes out clean.
