Ingredients
  

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 3.4-ounce package pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup buttermilk for extra tenderness!
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon green food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract optional, but makes it magical!
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix and pistachio pudding mix.
  • Add the buttermilk, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, and green food coloring. Mix until combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and white chocolate chips over the top.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter and whole milk, then pour it evenly over the cake.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Top with whipped cream or ice cream for extra indulgence!
