Ingredients
  

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 21-ounce can blueberry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup lemon curd
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Mini marshmallow ghosts for decoration

Instructions
 

  • . Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread the lemon cake mix evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  • Spoon blueberry pie filling over the cake mix.
  • Drizzle melted butter over the pie filling.
  • Scatter fresh blueberries and lemon zest on top.
  • Dollop spoonfuls of lemon curd across the surface.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  • Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar.
  • Decorate with mini marshmallow ghosts before serving.
