1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped 1 15.25-ounce box chocolate cake mix 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules 1/2 cup slivered almonds 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
