1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened 1 14-ounce can sweetened Condensed milk 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped 1 15.25-ounce box chocolate cake mix 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
