Ingredients
  

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup cola don’t even think about using diet!
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish because life’s more fun with them

Instructions
 

  • Grab a 9x13-inch pan and dump that cherry pie filling in like you’re the queen of all things sweet.
  • Drizzle the cola over the cherries. Yes, cola in a cake. You’re welcome.
  • Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top. No stirring, love. Just trust the dump cake process.
  • Drizzle the melted butter all over. Don’t be shy—this is where the magic happens.
  • Cover the pan and pop it in the freezer for 4 hours. I know, I know… waiting is the hardest part, but you’ve got this.
  • Serve with a generous dollop of whipped topping and crown it with a maraschino cherry for extra flair.
