1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped 1 15.25-ounce box yellow cake mix 2 bananas sliced 1/2 cup crushed pineapple drained 1/2 cup maraschino cherries halved 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
