1 box yellow cake mix because we’re fabulous AND practical 1 cup sour cream for that tangy moisture 1/2 cup milk whatever you have in the fridge works 3 large eggs preferably without cracking them on the floor 1/2 cup melted butter the key to happiness 1 cup brown sugar packed with love 1 tablespoon cinnamon or more if you're feeling spicy
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and try not to get distracted by your phone for 20 minutes.
In a large bowl, throw in your cake mix, sour cream, milk, eggs, and melted butter. Mix it up until it’s smoother than your best dance moves.
In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon—aka the dynamic duo.
Pour half of your batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Don’t worry about being perfect, we’re not on a cooking show.
