1cupdigestive biscuitsor graham crackers, roughly crushed
1/2cupchocolate chipsmilk or dark, your choice
1/2cupraisins
1/2cupcrushed shortbread cookies
1boxchocolate cake mix
1/2cupunsalted buttermelted
1/2cupsweetened condensed milk
1/2cupmini marshmallowsoptional but fun!
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In the baking dish, sprinkle a layer of crushed biscuits, chocolate chips, raisins, and shortbread crumbs, mixing them a bit for even distribution.
Sprinkle the chocolate cake mix evenly over the top.
Pour the melted butter and sweetened condensed milk as evenly as possible across the surface. Try to cover as much as possible, but don’t worry if it’s a bit patchy – it’ll come together in the oven!
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cake looks set and a bit crispy on top. Remove from the oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows on top if using. Let them melt slightly.
Cool before slicing – or dig right in with a spoon if you can’t wait!
