Equipment

  • 1 9" x 13" baking dish or pan

Ingredients

  • 6 chocolate-glazed donuts torn into pieces
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter melted
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts optional—but fabulous

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish, and spread those donut chunks across the bottom like you’re building a foundation of happiness.
  • Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the donuts—don’t be shy!
  • Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly across the top like edible fairy dust.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the whole shebang.
  • Toss on the chopped peanuts if you're feelin’ fancy.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, until the top is bubbling and your kitchen smells like a candy shop.
  • Let it cool a bit so you don’t burn your mouth (learn from my mistakes). Then serve and swoon!
