Equipment

  • 1 9" x 13" baking dish or pan

Ingredients

  • 2 15-ounce cans sliced peaches in syrup drained
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup bourbon don't skimp on the good stuff
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish—because sticky is not chic.
  • Dump the peaches into the dish and spread them out like you’re arranging a beautiful peachy bed.
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon over the peaches.
  • Drizzle the bourbon over the peach mixture—inhale deeply and let the aroma transport you.
  • Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the peaches.
  • Pour the melted butter over the top—this is what makes it oh-so-decadent.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and the bourbon has magically infused every bite. Serve warm with a spoonful of vanilla ice cream if you’re feeling indulgent.
