Ingredients
  

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas about 2-3 bananas
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, mashed bananas, applesauce, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
  • Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
