Ingredients
  

  • 6 apple cider donuts torn into pieces
  • 1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
  • 1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Spread donut pieces in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Pour the pumpkin mixture over the donuts.
  • Sprinkle the spice cake mix evenly on top.
  • Drizzle with melted butter.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes, until set and golden.
  • Let cool before serving.
