1 box vanilla cake mix 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 1 cup Greek yogurt vanilla or plain 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Dump the cake mix, protein powder, and baking powder into the dish. Stir them up a bit.
Add Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, and water. Mix until just combined.
Scatter the mixed berries evenly across the top. If you want a sweeter cake, drizzle honey or agave over the berries.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing into your delicious creation.
