Equipment

  • 1 9" x 13" baking dish or pan

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix because who has time to make one from scratch?
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk aka the nectar of the gods
  • 1 cup chopped Hershey's Cookies 'n' Cream bars because life is short, eat the chocolate
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips more chocolate? Yes, please!
  • 1/2 cup butter melted (we’re not counting calories, we’re counting joy!)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Because if we’re gonna bake, we’re gonna do it right!
  • Pour that luscious sweetened condensed milk into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Try not to lick the spoon. I dare you.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate cake mix evenly over the milk. This is the closest thing we get to making it rain, my friend.
  • Now, toss in those chopped Hershey's Cookies 'n' Cream bars and white chocolate chips. Because more chocolate is always the answer.
  • Drizzle that melted butter over the top. Think of it as the icing on the cake… but, you know, before the cake even bakes.
  • Pop it in the oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is set and golden. This is your golden ticket to chocolate heaven, darling!

Diva's Sweet Suggestions

Peanut Butter Perfection:

Swap out the white chocolate chips for peanut butter chips, and add a swirl of creamy peanut butter on top before baking. It’s like a Reese’s cup decided to crash the party!

Minty Fresh Surprise:

Mix in crushed peppermint candies or Andes mints with the chopped Hershey’s bars. This will give the cake a refreshing twist, perfect for the holidays—or whenever you’re feeling minty fresh.

Berry Bliss:

Add a layer of fresh raspberries or strawberries between the sweetened condensed milk and cake mix. The tartness of the berries will beautifully balance the rich chocolate, making this a fruity, chocolatey dream come true!

Presentation Suggestions:

Chocolate Mountain:

Serve this dump cake in a deep dish with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, letting it melt into a delicious river of creamy goodness. Sprinkle some extra chopped Hershey’s bars over the ice cream for that added “wow” factor.

Layered Elegance:

Cut the cake into neat squares (as neat as a dump cake can get, anyway), stack them on a tiered dessert stand, and drizzle each piece with white chocolate ganache. Add a few sprigs of mint or edible gold flakes for a touch of diva glamour!

Rustic Charm:

Serve it warm straight from the baking dish with a big spoon and a side of homemade whipped cream. Set it on a wooden board with a few scattered Cookies ‘n’ Cream bars around for that “just baked and couldn’t wait” vibe.

So go ahead, whip up this Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Cream Dump Cake and let the chocolatey goodness sweep you off your feet!

Just don’t forget to share… or not. Your secret’s safe with me. 😉
