Diva's Little Extras

Pecan Praline Topping

Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped pecans mixed with 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon melted butter over the batter before baking for a sweet, crunchy praline topping.

Cream Cheese Icing:

Replace the icing from the cinnamon rolls with a homemade cream cheese icing.

Beat together 4 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup softened butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Drizzle over the cake after baking.

Apple Cinnamon Roll Dump Cake:

Add 1 cup of diced apples to the cinnamon roll pieces for an apple-cinnamon variation. This will give the cake a fruity twist that complements the cinnamon flavor.

Presentation Suggestions:

  • Cream Cheese Icing Drizzle: Drizzle with cream cheese icing and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
  • Cinnamon Sticks: Garnish with a cinnamon stick on the side of each plate.
  • Rustic Serving: Serve from a rustic wooden tray or cutting board, with small plates for each guest.
